We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our organic products, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Because our products are perishable food items, we generally accept returns only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The packaging was compromised during shipping.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  1. Email us at support@zaiqa-e-cholistan.com or WhatsApp us.
  2. Provide your Order ID and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
