Our Raw Sugar (Khand) is the perfect middle ground between refined white sugar and jaggery. Sourced from the Cholistan Desert region of Pakistan, this unrefined sugar retains the natural molasses and minerals that are stripped away during the refining process.

Unlike white sugar which is heavily processed and bleached, our raw sugar undergoes minimal processing. The sugarcane juice is boiled and crystallized naturally, preserving the golden color and subtle caramel flavor. This gives it a richer taste profile compared to white sugar while still maintaining the granular texture that's convenient for everyday use.
